Initiate Your Request

Log into your Pizzazz Retail account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the items in their original boxes with all protective padding and include a copy of your packing slip or the Return Authorization form inside the parcel.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
