How to use:

• Do not use boiling hot water, hot water from the tap should suffice (80°C max)
• Fill the water bottle up to 2/3 of the way (up to 2LT)
• Extrude any air from the bottle by lightly squeezing the top
• Screw the cap on tightly and turn it upside down to ensure no water is leaking
